OpTrader is provided solely for informational and educational purposes related to stock and options trading. You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
OpTrader does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, and no information on this site should be considered a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Users are solely responsible for all investment decisions and outcomes.
We strive to provide accurate and timely data; however, all content, data, and tools are provided “as is” without warranty. OpTrader does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information presented. Use at your own risk.
OpTrader may rely on third-party data providers, including financial market APIs, which are subject to change or outages. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or inaccuracies caused by third-party sources.
Options and stock trading involve substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Users can lose all or more of their investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for understanding and managing your own investment risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to your account.
Important: OpTrader may offer paid plans including a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
OpTrader may offer multiple paid options. Examples may include:
Automatic Renewal: If you subscribe, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate, until you cancel.
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access typically remains available until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds: Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial subscription periods or unused time.
Changes: We may change pricing, features, or availability from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide notice before changes take effect.
We try to keep OpTrader available and functioning; however, the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party disruptions. After successful payment, access may be enabled automatically or within a reasonable processing window. In some cases, a confirmation email may be sent (for example, within 12 hours). Delivery timing may vary due to email provider delays, spam filtering, or technical issues outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpTrader and its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpTrader, its owners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
OpTrader is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia.
